Progress Intern and Mentor Institute (PIMI) GHANA is a non-for-profit Human Resource development institution that trains and empowers the youth for work and career development to become effective business leaders that will develop and transform businesses, making real impact in the business community and society for the benefits of all.

PIMI GHANA’s core objective is to develop young persons selected from Ghana’s tertiary Institutions. PIMI GHANA achieves this objective through three (3) main schemes namely;
•1 Training, •2 Internship, •3 Mentorship, •4 Graduate Trainee, •5 Volunteering and •6 Business Incubation

To develop the talents and potentials of young persons through professional training, internships, mentorship thereby contributing to a good human resource base for communities development and a brighter future for all.
